How we work

1.

Test drive

In a thorough test drive our workshop checks amongst other things the power train and the braking properties of the vehicle.
2.

Hydraulic Ramp

Subsequently we establish the condition of the truck on a hydraulic ramp. In line with a comprehensive inspection list exhaust fittings, for example, brake discs, oil seals, electricity and loss of air pressure are inspected.
3.

Brake test facility

On the brake examination stand the brake performance and the braking force differential is determined and printed out.
4.

Deficiency report

We establish a fault report in order to subsequently carry out repairs in our workshop.
5.

Commercial label

In case advertising sign writing is still in evidence, we remove it, if necessary.
6.

Cleaning

The vehicle is cleaned both inside and out.
7.

Admission file

We keep all existing vehicle data in an admission file. So load space dimensions and the condition of the tyres are measured, for example. Also the equipment of the vehicle and its construction are taken down.
8.

Release

We check all entries once more before we release the vehicle data and the vehicle photo in all relevant media – whether it be digital, on our home page or in printed advertisements.
9.

Tour

Now the vehicle is displayed on our company grounds. Interested purchasers can inspect it thoroughly and take a test drive. If they have any questions we are there to give advice. If so agreed with the purchase of a vehicle we take over further tasks such as MOT, exhaust fumes and tachograph examinations. We also take care of all export formalities such as export declaration, certificate of manufacture, maintenance, customs licence plates.
